Kirov Artificial Leather Integrated works has 80 years of experience in the production of various types of rubber, rubber and thermoplastic products. The annual renewal of production assets and qualified engineering and technical personnel allows us to produce products that meet the highest requirements.

RUSKAYA KOJA
RYAZAN TANNERY IS ONE OF THE LARGEST TANNERIES IN RUSSIA
- Producing about 720 000 sq. m. per month.
- More than 400 customers around the world are the clients of the tannery.
- More than 800 tannery machines are installed on the area of 480 000 sq. m
- There are about 1500 employees at the tannery.
Ryazan Tannery is one of the oldest tanneries in Russia. It took one hundred years to make a road from artisan to industrial mass production of one third of all leathers made in Russia.
IMEX
In the workshop, sorted and contoured skins go through the main stages of leather production. Chemical processes: soaking-ash, predublic (anesthesia, softening, pickling) and tanning, dyeing and greasing. Mechanical processes: cure, spin, double, planing, wiring. All operations are carried out on modern high-tech European equipment.
All processes are aimed at giving the semi-finished product the desired color, plasticity, elasticity, softness, based on the further purpose of the skin (shoe, haberdashery, saddlery, etc.) and are under strict technological and laboratory control.
The company cares about the environment. An important step in this direction was the construction of our own local treatment facilities.
VAKHRUSHI-YUFT
Vakhrushi-Yuft Ltd. is a modern upgraded enterprise. It is engaged in manufacturing and sale of chrome-tanned leather and yuft.
Now in the assortment of the enterprise a large number of types of leather. The main kinds of products to be manufactured are the following: crust, shoe lining leather, “Powder-like” chrome, “Nappa”, yuft and split leather.
Vakhrushi-Yuft Ltd. is an exporting company. Today, more than 70% of the total manufactured volume is sent to various companies of Italy, Spain, Poland, Bulgaria, Mongolia, and CIS-states.
RIBINSK TANNERY
The facilities of the enterprise allow producing up to 60 million dm2 of leather per year. Throughout our history, the factory have acquired a number of regular domestic and foreign partners - suppliers and buyers.
All products of our company are made from cattle skins (cattle). Skins of cattle possess the highest operational and technological properties and are characterized by high density, resistance to abrasion, reduced wetting and wetting properties, the highest tensile strength, and high holding strength of fasteners. Depending on the used areas of raw materials (skins) and quality indicators (in decreasing order, including thickness, physical and mechanical properties)
